Saint Salvator abbey of Ename (Belgium) in 1065 by visualdimension on Sketchfab

In 1063, an abbey is founded in Ename by the count of Flanders. The Benedictine abbey starts in the former Ottonian palace building. A new abbey around the existing Saint Salvator church is built, re-using the masonry of the former keep.
